Fitness coach and influencer Amy Megna has wowed her followers with the incredibly low price of a stylish workout look she put together with pieces from everybody's favourite discount retailer Kmart.
In a viral video showcasing her form-fitting get-up, Amy proudly modelled the two Kmart pieces she had purchased, declaring with excitement: "Kmart have stepped it up."
Showing off a trendy pair of "scrunch bum" bike shorts, she exclaimed, "Oh my God, these cost $14."
Megna went on to sing praises for the shorts, pointing out their compressive waistband and flattering scrunch detailing, which she insisted "makes your booty look unreal."
Shifting her focus to her top—a light blue ribbed zip crop, Megna revealed it set her back only $15.
"I’m losing my mind right now, this whole outfit was $29," she marvelled.
Text superimposed on the clip passionately encouraged viewers to "go to Kmart right now" to buy the full outfit.
For those eager to replicate the affordable fit, Amy was sporting the Long Sleeve ¼ Seamfree Top in Blue Spot, a recent addition to Kmart's apparel range. She paired it with the brand's Seamfree High Rise Scrunch Short in Black, a year-round staple from Anko's 365 Range.
Megna's stylish but affordable gym look was met with an outpouring of enthusiasm from her followers, many of whom were inspired to rush to Kmart to pick up the pieces themselves.
“Ummmmmm yesssssss, on my way to Kmart,” one follower wrote enthusiastically.
“Brb heading straight to Kmart,” another declared.
As a third follower simply put it, “So much yes.”
Others showered Amy with praise, saying, "Yeah, but you'd look good in anything," while another suggested she makes the shorts look good, not the other way around.
The budget-friendly find coincides with Kmart's recent announcement of a new fashion collection aimed at Gen Z shoppers. The collection boasts nostalgic women's wear items like halter-neck tops, studded clothes, flares, and oversized parachute pants—a trendy addition to the retailer's offerings.
