Sykes claims the power dynamic between Charles and William has shifted since the King's diagnosis, with reports of executive power an influence starting to go William's way.
Sykes adds that there may be particular problems for the Duke of Sussex, as Harry is much more likely to be able to make a deal with King Charles, the third than King William, the fifth.
