Kendrick Lamar’s Halftime Show Fashion Statement Triggers Warning From Fans
Everybody's talkin' 'bout his tight pants.
Kendrick Lamar sent the internet into a tizzy following his Super Bowl LIX halftime show, which featured special guests like Samuel L. Jackson and Serena Williams at Caesars Superdome. But it was his flared Celine jeans that captured hearts everywhere.
However, as many fans celebrate the early aughts style resurgence, one, in particular, is issuing a stark warning to those who may have forgotten an undeniable negative of the fashion statement: soggy hemlines.
"Before we let this style back, please remember…" they wrote on X in response, uploading a snapshot of someone wearing a pair of flared jeans that were a little too long for the legs, causing the muddy ground to leach water into the denim and leaving the material soaked up to above their ankles.

"Not to mention tripping from catching your toe in it," one person added on top of the initial warning, as several others were suddenly reminded of those "horrific moments 🤕."
"I need you to send me this once a month because I always get nostalgic for them tbh 😭," one person requested of the original poster, trying to avoid getting sucked into the hype.
Those who missed the warning remained enthralled with the return of the flare, with one pointing out they're "not mad" about the sudden cultural obsession with "the 2000s era A&F flare jeans."

Someone else joked about being hypnotized by the look, with another considering it to be a "core memory unlocked."
Perhaps, though, it's something that should remain a memory forever.
