As the weather grows colder, Katie Holmes grows stronger, whipping out the best—and most interesting items—that her fall and winter wardrobe have to offer. The Dawson's Creek actress simply cannot be stopped, and whipped out another show-stopping outfit for a stroll in New York City that made it impossible not to recognize her.

The 45-year-old was spotted in an outfit that was slouchy and oversized from head-to-toe. The actress layered a tall, cream colored turtleneck sweater underneath a patchwork bomber jacket that featured all of the fall appropriate colors, namely beige, orange and mossy brown. The jacket, a limited edition $1,545 coat by Marfa Stance, additionally featured a collar that gathered with ties, with the detail repeated at the jacket's hem and sleeves.

The drama didn't stop there—Holmes paired the bomber with polarizing wide legged barrel cut jeans in an ashen grey shade. Completing the look, the actress added fashion girl staples by way of Acne Studios square-toe loafers in black, and a brown oversized leather tote by Khaite. Up top, Holmes added a pair of brown gradient aviator sunglasses and ditched her nose ring, likely due to the 40 degree temperature in the city.

Holmes's latest look marks the second time that she was spotted wearing polarizing pants in recent weeks. Earlier in November, she was seen out and about in New York City in similar fall tones by wearing a floor-grazing plaid coat with a mustard yellow, black, and brown checkered pattern, with black leggings as pants, and chunky brown boots for her afternoon stroll.

The coat served as a subtle outfit repeat, as she was previously seen wearing the ensemble in a 2021 New York stroll with her ex-boyfriend, Emilio Vitolo Jr., during the pandemic.
