Princess Catherine gave a heartwarming update on her cancer diagnosis via an emotional video posted to her and Prince William's joint social media accounts. In it, the royal shared she has completed her chemotherapy treatment and is doing well, thanks, in part, to the loads of time and the bouts of public support she has been showered with throughout the process. Through her words and the many PDA-filled moments in the flick, it's clear her husband's eternal warmth and admiration has also played a significant part in her recovery.

The film gave glimpses into the Prince and Princess of Wales's tender relationship, including clips of them sitting beside each other, holding hands as Middleton rested her head in the crook of her husband's neck; resting on tree trunks with their arms hugging each other's waist; walking through an open field with their fingers interlocked; laying on an picnic blanket with their arms wrapped around each other; and sitting up together as they played with a dog, all while wearing sweet smiles or erupting into roaring laughter.

They even adorably coordinated outfits, with Middleton donning a short-sleeve, button-up dress with white sneakers and William clad in a soft blue button-up shirt, navy blue dress pants, and brown shoes in some moments. In others, the princess wore a billowing white long-sleeve maxidress with a blue pattern throughout as her chestnut locks peacefully blew in the wind, while William opted for a light gray polo and navy blue shorts. The couple updated their profile picture with a still of them wearing the latter.

"As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment," Kate wrote in the caption. "This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved."

She added: "William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling."

In addition to the couple looking as strong as ever, the post also proved how much their kids, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, adore their mom. In the video, the family of five runs through the ocean, takes a hike, sits on bales of hay, and plays various games, with each child taking a moment to hug or hold Kate.

They say love is a healer, and that couldn't be more apparent from the Cambridges. Kate explained her strength has given her "renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life." While her main focus is remaining cancer-free, she shared she will be undertaking some public engagements in the coming month.
