Karl Stefanovic in hysterics over Scott Cam's awkward wardrobe malfunction
Eagle-eyed fans of The Block on Sunday night noticed that host Scott Cam was suffering an awkward wardrobe malfunction, with his fly clearly undone for a few minutes of the show.
Appearing on The Today Show on Tuesday morning, Sylvia Jeffreys, who was filling in for Allison Langdon, asked him about what had happened, with Karl Stefanovic unable to stop laughing at the situation.
"You had a bit of a zipper issue the other night. Can you explain what happened?" Sylvia questioned The Block host.
"My grandfather used to say to me when I was a young bloke, 'Do you have a licence to sell hot dogs?' And I said 'No, why?' He said, 'Well, your stand's open'," Scott responded jokingly.

"My cameraman and executive producer came up to me - we'd done about 10 minutes or eight minutes into the Sunday night studio session - and he said, 'Your fly's down.' I went, 'Ah, jeez!'" he explained.
In the end, they decided not to reshoot the scene with Scott joking, "Someone will get a laugh out of that, I don't care!"
Karl jokingly added, "There's the old saying, 'You cannot hand a man a greater spanner.'"
Ever the joker, Scott replied, "That's debatable, Karl... I've got a million of those!"
He then added, "Dead men don't fall out of windows!"
Karl was in stitches by this time saying, "You're a funny man, one of the great presenters... bloody legend!"
Fans of The Block took to social media to point out the wardrobe malfunction with one user writing, "Scotty Cam at his finest...fly undone & all."
"Did anyone else notice Scotty Cam’s fly is undone?" another user wrote.
"Just watching The Block... and I'm wondering is Scotty Cam's fly undone?" a third said.
"Ummm... is Scotty Cam's fly down??" another questioned, while someone else added, "Did the editors not see Scotty's fly undone?"
