JLo stuns in sheer jumpsuit for steamy AMA performance
Jennifer Lopez has proved once again that she’s an unstoppable force with an ‘insane’ performance at the 2020 American Music Awards in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Hailed as the ‘hottest AMA moment ever’ by adoring fans on social media, JLo was simply stunning in a sleek black jumpsuit with sheer panels that exposed her famous curves.
She kept the remainder of her look fairly simple, opting for dewy makeup, sexy wet-look hair and a pair of black boots.
Despite the potential for a wardrobe malfunction JLo fearlessly performed the risqué routine, which involved a raunchy burlesque chair dance.
The 51-year-old pop icon was joined by Colombian singer Maluma to belt out a medley of their songs “Pa’ Ti” and “Lonely” from the soundtrack of their upcoming film, Marry Me.

Both JLo and 26-year-old Maluma — born Juan Luis Londoño Arias — star in the 2121 romantic comedy alongside Owen Wilson and Sarah Silverman and if their sizzling chemistry on the AMA stage is anything to go by then moviegoers will have a lot to look forward to.
Earlier in the evening, JLo walked the red carpet in a head-turning silver two-piece gown by Balmain that featured a plunging neckline and a thigh-high split.
Fans went wild for the “Jenny From The Block” singer’s performance look in particular, flooding her Instagram post with praise and compliments.
“No one has ever aged better honey,” wrote one.
“It was insane. U killed it baby,” declared another.
Others drew a comparison between JLo’s routine and Beyoncé’s 2104 Grammy performance of “Drunk in Love”.
“You killed it but, but is this Beyoncé inspired?” asked one fan.
“Please send @beyonce a royalty check for stealing this whole performance,” demanded another.
Sharon Osbourne weighed in on the controversy on The Talk, saying that while she thought JLo went a “little too far” in borrowing from Beyoncé the performance was still “great”.
