Yahoo Lifestyle Jimmy Kimmel Spots Revealing Hidden Message To Trump From Melania
Jimmy Kimmel said the meeting on Wednesday between Joe Biden and Donald Trump as part of the presidential transition had its share of awkward moments.
“You see Donald Trump sitting in front of a portrait of George Washington, you realize how ridiculous this whole thing is,” Kimmel pointed out.
But the most awkward element of all may have been marked by who didn’t drop by the White House: Melania Trump.
“Apparently she had crying in the dark scheduled for this morning instead,” Kimmel cracked.
The former and future first lady declined to attend, but her office released a statement on social media:
Mrs. Trump will not be attending today’s meeting at the White House. Her husband’s return to the Oval Office to commence the transition process is encouraging, and she wishes him great success.

Kimmel tried to read between the lines.
“I think she just said goodbye via press release, right?” he said.
While there has been speculation and rumors over the reason for her absence, Kimmel said it probably came down to one thing alone: “There was no money in it.”
