Jimmy Fallon Trolls Donald Trump Over ‘Totally Made Up’ Award From Fox

Jimmy Fallon is congratulating Donald Trump on winning what he says is the most made-up award ever.

“Today, Fox News presented President-elect Trump with the ‘Patriot of the Year’ award. That was a huge honor, because, out of all the totally made up awards, ‘Patriot of the Year’ is the biggest,” the comedian cracked on “The Tonight Show” Thursday.

“I’m joking,” he added. ”‘Patriot of the Year’ is one of the most prestigious awards made out of macaroni.”

Trump accepted the award at Fox Nation’s annual Patriot Awards on Thursday night in Long Island, New York. The awards are intended to celebrate “American Patriotism by honoring everyday heroes across the country who have shown dedication to our nation and the values we hold dear,” according to the Fox News streaming platform.

Other awards included the “Young Patriot,” “FOX Weather Ultimate Patriot” and “Culture Warrior.”
