Yahoo Lifestyle Jeff Bezos's Fiancée Lauren Sánchez Reacted To Criticism Of Her Inauguration Outfit
Lauren Sánchez isn't a fan of people criticizing her inauguration outfit.
You might recognize the former journalist's name as she is engaged to Jeff Bezos, the Amazon billionaire and second richest man alive. Their relationship began as an affair while they were both married to other people, but who's counting?
While attending the inauguration of Donald Trump on Monday, Lauren donned a light blue blazer with a lacy white bra. She sat alongside Jeff, one of the many billionaires who received a prime spot in the Rotunda.
People quickly criticized the outfit as inappropriate, especially accounts from the right. Comments veered into misogyny, and Megyn Kelly said that she looked like a "hooker."
A clip of Mark Zuckerberg appearing to stare down her shirt also made the rounds, lest the inauguration itself not give you the ick enough:

Lauren didn't respond to the outfit going viral, but did like a number of comments praising her on Instagram:
Alright, let me rephrase this in a way Lauren might appreciate. Slay, girl! Love that you wore a bra to the inauguration of a convicted felon who has been found liable for sexual abuse. It almost made me forget about the whole Roe v. Wade thing! I'm sure that people are such meanies when you're just trying to live your best life with a mega-rich man while so many others struggle through poverty in this country! An outfit is really the most important thing right now!
