Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen's younger daughter, Lola Sheen, revealed that she was recently baptized after dealing with a tough period in her life.
On Jan. 22, the 19-year-old opened up about the experience and the hardships that led to her decision to be baptized in a personal update on Instagram.
Referring to the message as her "testimony," Lola wrote, "When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless, and was just doing my best to make it to the next day...Until, I met not only my Savior but my best friend, Jesus."
She called the experience "supernatural," saying, "Jesus saved me from battling severe anxiety, and gave me a peace that makes no sense. I now find myself laughing again, in places I only had cried."
Lola wrote of how much religion helped her, declaring, "Jesus is the only reason why I’m here today and made my life worth living." She noted that she got baptized at the start of 2025 and had a positive outlook on the year ahead.

The photos she posted alongside the meaningful message showed Lola getting dunked underwater by someone, looking excited standing up afterward and sharing a hug with the man.

Lola also made another big announcement on her Instagram Stories, sharing that she would be launching a faith-based podcast called HeavenlyBonded on YouTube with the first episode next week.
