And she looks absolutely radiant.

Jamie Lee Curtis is taking a page from Pamela Anderson's book, and is letting her natural beauty be the star of the show.

On Instagram, the Freaky Friday actress posted a bare-faced photo of her smiling for the camera. The only trace of makeup was the tiny bit of leftover mascara that she wasn't able to remove from the day prior.

"Just out of the shower selfie. Honoring @pamelaanderson @lastshowgirl and her no make up ownership of self. Sober. Strong. Steady on," she captioned the image, in which she wore a cream colored sweater. "Thanks @hollywoodauthentic @npealcashmere for the jumper! Let's F&@KING GO 66! Just noticed that it looks like I have mascara on, which is clearly a remnant of my workday yesterday. Clearly, mommy didn't wash her face very well."

Anderson has been vocal about why she chooses not to wear makeup anymore after first making waves by appearing at Paris Fashion Week in 2023 with a bare face. "I'm makeup free at home, so why not for Paris Fashion Week?" she told People in November 2023. "I really didn't know anyone would notice it, but I'm glad it became a positive message." Anderson noted that there was a chance she'll wear makeup again in the future, adding, "I'm not opposed to it, I just don't want to play the game. And it felt good to look in the mirror and say, 'I'm OK just like this.'" In the time since, Anderson has graced most events and red carpet appearances with very minimal glam.

Curtis admires Anderson's courage, which inspired her to star alongside the Baywatch actress in their latest movie, The Last Showgirl. “I think she is a transcendent creature,” she told People of Anderson at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6. “I think she is so smart and deeply spiritual and soulful. And beautiful!” Anderson stars in Showgirl as Shelley, and Curtis plays Shelley’s “best friend” Annette. The casting wasn't by chance—Curtis said she “did the movie because she [Anderon] was going to be in the movie.”

"I love the way she is walking through the B.S. of show business and saying, ‘I do not need to play your game," the 66-year-old added. "I respect her for it so deeply."
