Inside MAFS' Duncan and Evelyn's incredible $3.2 million home

Married At First Sight's Evelyn Ellis and Duncan James announced that they've taken their relationship to the next step last week by moving in together.

As the happy couple settles into their first home, Yahoo Lifestyle can reveal the pair will be living the high life in a luxury $3.2 million townhouse in Sydney's affluent Balmain.

Their swanky new home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a huge study, a front and back courtyard, and views of Sydney Harbour from the master bedroom's balcony.

It is understood the pair will be leasing the property for an estimated $10,000 a month.

Evelyn and Duncan officially confirmed their romance in May this year, after an insider told Yahoo Lifestyle the two were "seeing each other" in April.

In an interview with 9Entertainment, the two said it felt good to get the secret relationship out in the open.

"It feels kind of exhilarating in a weird, freeing way," Evelyn said. "Yeah, weight off the shoulders, I can stand tall," Duncan agreed.

Late last week the couple uploaded a video of their moving-in process, sponsored by moving company Muval.

"We've been dating for a while now and we've been travelling back and forth between our apartments that were way too small for us," Evelyn narrates in the video.

"So we had a discussion and we decided it was time to make the move."

The relationship hasn't come without some controversy however, with Duncan's MAFS ex, Alyssa Barmonde, taking to Instagram recently to say that neither Duncan nor Evelyn gave her the "respect" to tell her about their relationship before they hard-launched it.

The comments came after Duncan appeared on Ollie Skelton's podcast TOSSER, and divulged that another MAFS groom, Josh White, had taken Alyssa on a date.

"It is also weird Duncan threw me and Josh under the bus about going on a date to deflect the fact that neither him, nor Evelyn didn't give me 'respect' to tell me about their relationship and I had to hear from someone else," Alyssa said on her Instagram stories.
