“My darling and I look forward lovingly to the arrival of our little badger cub,” the former Rugby Union player wrote.

It wasn’t long before fans and celebrity pals flooded his post with well wishes and congratulations.

Fellow SAS contestant and Australian swimmer Shayna Jack gushed over the news, “Congratulations! So happy for you both.”

“Amazing news guys! Biggest congrats and sending lots of love,” added former Home and Away star Lincoln Lewis.

Nick Cummins' girlfriend Alexandra George chimed in, “Can’t wait to meet our little hybrid!”

Nick Cummins had a controversial season of The Bachelor in 2018, in which he ended the show by picking neither Brittany Hockley or Sophie Tieman.

In early 2021, Nick Cummins confirmed his new romance with socialite Alexandra George by posting a photo of them together on Instagram.

It’s believed that their romance began in mid-2020, with the couple reportedly spending lockdown together in Seal Rocks, on the mid-north coast of NSW.

His girlfriend Alexandra George was also excited to share their baby news, posting the same photo of the pair to Instagram and adding a picture of their sonogram.

“We decided to create a little hybrid!!” she began.

“Can’t wait to share this next chapter with the love of my life. Welcoming our little badger cub into this world shortly.”
