Home and Away's Matt Evans shocks fans with 10kg transformation: 'Inspiring'
The Summer Bay actor embarked on a strict fitness regime.
Home and Away star Matt Evans has unveiled his incredible transformation after just eight weeks of exercise. The star, 25, dropped an impressive 10kgs with personal trainer Harris Barclay.
Sharing a video on TikTok, the actor let fans see his figure before he started the ‘shred’, turning around while wearing a pair of black BONDS underwear. At this point, Matt weighed 90kg, for the first time in his life.
His TikTok then cuts to reveal a slimmer and more muscular version of himself, flexing his biceps in the mirror at the gym. The star showed off his defined abs, by wearing just a pair of shorts and a baseball cap.
On Instagram, he gushed about his personal trainer and explained how he achieved such a drastic transformation in just two months.
