HGTV’s ‘Love It or List It’ Returns With Page Turner Taking Over Hilary Farr’s Designer Role

Following Hilary Farr’s departure from the home makeover/real estate show after starring in 258 episodes, HGTV’s “Love It or List It” is officially returning for Season 20 with Page Turner stepping into the popular designer role.

Turner made her HGTV debut on “Flip or Flop Nashville,” and was a guest judge on “Rock the Block.” In “Love It or List It”s revamped season, Turner brings her competitive edge to go head-to-head with longtime real estate agent David Visentin during the eight newly ordered hour-long episodes. Farr was known for her friendly rivalry with Visentin.

Turner’s mission on the show is to help homeowners renovate their properties, and turn them into proper homes. By the end of each episode, homeowners must decide to either “love” their new properties or “list” them on the market, making them choose between the real estate agent and the home designer.

“HGTV fans first came to love Page Turner on ‘Flip or Flop Nashville’ and ‘Fix My Flip’ and were introduced to her competitive side in two seasons of ‘Rock the Block,’” head of content at HGTV Loren Ruch said. “Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower as she enters into this celebrated real estate rivalry. We cannot wait to watch her give David a run for his money.”

The new season of “Love It or List It” will air this upcoming summer and is produced by Big Coat Media. HGTV is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery with past seasons available to stream on Max.
