‘Hacks’ Scribe Joe Mande Sets Comedy Special at Hulu
EXCLUSIVE: Joe Mande — who just won his first Emmy for writing on Max’s Hacks — will be back with his own comedy special for Hulu.
The multi-hyphenate’s special, dubbed Chill, is set to premiere Dec. 13 on the streamer. His last comedy joint, Joe Mande’s Award Winning Comedy Special, aired in 2017 on Netflix.

Mande currently serves as an executive producer on Hacks, which won Outstanding Comedy at this year’s Emmys. He also recurs as Ray on the series from Lucia Aniello, Paul W. Downs, and Jen Statsky.
Mande’s additional credits include Parks and Recreation, The Good Place, Kroll Show and Modern Family. He released his first comedy album, Bitchface, in 2014.
