Gwyneth Paltrow Channels Cozy Glam in Blood Orange Stella McCartney Midi Dress on ‘Jimmy Fallon,’ Talks Goop Gift Guide

Gwyneth Paltrow put a vibrant spin on autumnal style during her appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Thursday in New York City. The actress and entrepreneur discussed her brand Goop‘s holiday season gift guide.

For her late-night talk show appearance, Paltrow opted for a knit midi dress courtesy of Stella McCartney. The actress wore the sustainable brand’s long-sleeve, body-con dress featuring a crew neckline and a vibrant blood orange hue.

The knitted fabric lent the ensemble a cozy, minimalist feel. Paltrow completed the look with slingback pointed-toe black heels and jewelry by Sheryl Lowe.

For her glam, Paltrow styled her hair sleek and straight with a middle part. Her makeup was clean, featuring a subtle pop of complementary color with a red lip.

Following a restructuring that took place earlier in 2024, Paltrow has focused on expanding Goop’s reach. “After COVID[-19], we spent quite a long time dodging bullets, treading water and being as agile as possible,” Paltrow told Beaty Inc last October. “Last year we started to see huge growth in our beauty business again, and that’s carrying on to this year.”

Along with its G. Label fashion line, which grew 51 percent year-to-date, Goop has a beauty brand and recently expanded into Goop Kitchen, a food business currently exclusive to Los Angeles. “We’re getting back to brass tacks, and it’s really working,” Paltrow said.

Following a successful career as an actress in Hollywood, Paltrow opted to focus on her lifestyle brand. She founded Goop in September 2008, which began with a newsletter and expanded into areas of food, beauty, fashion and more. Paltrow is currently filming “Marty Supreme” alongside Oscar-nominated actor Timothée Chalamet.
