FireAid Concert: Lady Gaga, Green Day and Billie Eilish to Perform, With Major Streamers to Broadcast Live
The victims of the devastating L.A. wildfires are getting a helping hand from some music superstars.
Lady Gaga, Green Day and Billie Eilish are among more than a dozen acts set to perform at FireAid, a benefit concert for wildfire victims to be held Thursday, Jan. 30 at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum and Intuit Dome. Ticket sales and donations collected during the concert “will be distributed for short-term relief efforts and long-term initiatives to prevent future fire disasters throughout Southern California.” This month’s fires, spread by strong winds, have destroyed more than 10,000 structures and burned more than 60 square miles, with many L.A. residents in Pacific Palisades and Altadena losing their homes.
