Farmer Wants a Wife's shock split leads to wild rumours: 'Moved on'
Farmer Wants a Wife fans were surprised when contestant Leish announced her shock split from Ben Scowen on Thursday.
The star said she was ‘absolutely shocked and heartbroken’ after the farmer changed his mind about their relationship.
Wild rumours have been flying about the real reason Ben dumped the blonde beauty, with fans wondering if he has been chasing runner-up Kiani Olsen.
Kiani and Ben’s chemistry sizzled on the show, and the younger brunette even shared a kiss with the farmer before he chose Leish.

Fans shared their theories on social media, with one writing: “He has moved on with Kiani. I think he wanted her right up until the end.”
“He’s most likely gone back to Kiani,” another added.
However, Yahoo Lifestyle can reveal that there’s no truth behind this rumour, as the pair haven’t spoken since the show finished.
“I can confirm [Kiani] is definitely not with him. They haven’t spoken,” contestant Maddison Lawn, who is a good friend of Kiani tells us.
Meanwhile, a source close to Kiani says: “Even if he did reach out to her, she wouldn’t want anything to do with him. The best thing she gained from the show was all of the friendships she made with the other girls.”
Leish announced her break-up with Ben on Thursday in an Instagram statement, saying she ‘wishes Ben all the best’.
“I am completely heartbroken to announce that sadly Ben and I have parted ways. I tried everything I could to make our relationship last after the show (including wanting to move to the farmer earlier, YES everyone I was always planning on moving) but unfortunately it wasn’t there for Ben anymore and I was left absolutely shocked and heartbroken.
“I gave it my all and fell in love with Ben, his daughter and family (which hurts that little bit extra).
“I am thankful for the support I have had these past few months from the other girls on Ben’s farm and the other farms. They have been true selfless legends in helping me heal,” the Queenslander wrote.
Shortly after, Kiani posted a lengthy statement on Instagram about her time on the dating show.
“Seven months ago I wrapped filming Farmer Wants a Wife and it was the most incredible experience at the time. I learnt so much about life, love, other humans and myself. Reliving it again these last few months was a very surreal feeling.
“I’d be lying if I said the comments came from social media during the airing didn’t get to me. It’s been tough to see and read,” she wrote.
“For any young girls or anyone reading and watched the show, do not EVER let someone tell you you’re too much and dim your light for ANYONE. ”
