Robert Irwin has taken on a new role as a Global Ambassador for Prince William's Earthshot Prize. The Prince of Wales launched the challenge in 2020 to promote and support global initiatives, and it's the perfect partnership for Robert.

The 20-year-old son of Steve Irwin shared his excitement for the new role, telling his Instagram followers, "My entire life has been centred around conservation and continuing an important legacy that my dad and my family started."

He added, "I have grown up around wildlife and wild places and it's given me a real, deep appreciation for the need to repair and restore our ecosystems."
