Elizabeth Hurley Sparkles in Temperley Butterfly Dress With Damian Hurley at ‘The Devil Wears Prada: The Musical’
Elizabeth Hurley and son Damian Hurley made a fashionable entrance at the world premiere of “The Devil Wears Prada: The Musical” in London. The model and actress sparkled in an embroidered sheer dress, while her son embraced the monochromatic trend.
Elizabeth opted for a monarch butterfly-inspired dress by Temperley. She wore the Atlas dress in Tuscan peach, which features an open back and ornate sequin pattern atop sheer fabric. Elizabeth completed her look with gold platform sandals, dangling gold earrings, and a cross necklace. Meanwhile, Damian wore a monochromatic look consisting of a leather coat with a t-shirt, leather pants, and boots.

The Hurleys often coordinate red carpet looks. Just last month, in November, the pair attended the 2024 Lexus Melbourne Cup, wearing ensembles that cross-referenced yellow flowers. Elizabeth chose a strapless yellow midi dress by Australian designer Rebecca Vallance that featured large, three-dimensional sun-yellow flowers along the top of the bodice and around her shoulders, while Damian wore a yellow flower pinned to his classic black suit, paired with pinstripe trousers, a white shirt, a blue tie and a gray waistcoat.
Damian Hurley has a long history of accompanying his mother on red carpets, and has favored a tailored jacket throughout the years. He once even wore a blazer inspired by Elizabeth’s famous Versace safety-pin dress, back in July 2019.
“The Devil Wears Prada: The Musical” brought out a bevy of other stars for the premiere as well, including Donatella Versace and Lily Collins, who wore a gold chainmail dress by Vivienne Westwood.
“The Devil Wears Prada” is adapted from the hit film of the same name. Starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, it was based on Lauren Weisberger’s autobiographical novel.
In the new West End musical, Vanessa Williams stars as editor-in-chief of Runway magazine, Miranda Priestly, while Georgie Buckland plays Hathaway’s role as her assistant, Andy Sachs.
A sequel to the 2006 film is reportedly in the works, with screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna returning.
