Moore and Stamos both left General Hospital in 1984, shortly before they each went on to pursue some of their career-defining roles.

Just a few years after leaving the drama in Port Charles behind, Stamos was cast as Jesse "Uncle Jesse" Katsopolis in Full House, which ran until the mid-'90s.

As for Moore, the actress went on to star in St. Elmo's Fire in 1985, becoming known as a member of Hollywood's "Brat Pack."
