Christina Ricci is saying goodbye to her Los Angeles home.

Located in the Silver Lake neighborhood, the three-bedroom, four-bathroom property is officially hitting the market for $4.175 million, PEOPLE can exclusively confirm.

Ricci, 45, is looking to let go of the home in order to accommodate a family member who was displaced after the L.A. wildfires, a representative from listing agency Compass confirmed to PEOPLE. In order for her family member to live with her, the actress is finding a new home that will better fit the needs of her family.

Her Silver Lake abode is spread out across 3,400 square feet of space and offers stunning views of Downtown Los Angeles, the Silver Lake Reservoir and the surrounding mountains.

Ricci — who recently received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on March 6 — is making the decision to sell her home following the devastating wildfires that swept through the city in January.

After the first blaze ignited on Jan. 7, multiple fires burned for weeks and forced thousands of residents to evacuate their homes. Firefighters worked tirelessly against strong winds and dry conditions to protect residents and contain the fast-spreading flames. The deadly Eaton and Palisades fires were finally fully contained on Jan. 31.
