Christina Ricci’s Scenic L.A. Home Is Back on the Market for $4.2 Million

It’s been barely a year since Christina Ricci doled out $4 million for a modern home in Los Angeles, and now the veteran film and TV actress is already looking to offload her stylish spread high above the hills of Silver Lake with a nearly $200,000 jump in price, asking just under $4.2 million. But the brand-new Hollywood Walk of Fame star holder has a good reason. A family member who was displaced during the recent L.A. wildfires has moved in with the Yellowjackets star and her hairstylist husband Mark Hampton and she needs a bigger place to better accommodate all of them, according to listing agent Lorraine Getz of Compass.

Completed in 2018 and resting amid a nearly quarter-acre cul-de-sac parcel overlooking the Silver Lake Reservoir, the three-bedroom, four-bath abode has roughly 3,400 square feet of open-concept, two-level living space accented with a mix of hardwood and ceramic tile floors throughout, plus a smart-home automation system. A spacious rooftop deck and vast expanses of glass offer jetliner views stretching from Downtown L.A. to the reservoir and mountains beyond.
