Yahoo Lifestyle 'The Challenge 40' Pits 'Bananas' Angels' Against Each Other in Elimination
The entire individual portion of The Challenge 40 has been dominated by one alliance. Call them "Bananas' Angels" or "Rachel's Angels," but this old-school group has been able to stay safe, even as sides have built in the house. All good things must come to an end, though. After a claustrophobic daily, two of the angels were forced into elimination against each other, just missing out on the final.

Who was eliminated on The Challenge 40 tonight?
Aviv Melmed
Aviv was one of the biggest wildcards of Season 40, having only participated in one season back in 2006. Despite her lengthy time away, she was able to immediately prove herself physically, and played under the radar to not get on anyone's bad side. At the same time, she was getting close to a particular group, becoming a member of "Bananas' Angels." While Aviv's MO was to stay out of the fray, that all began to unwind towards the end of the game. A spare comment by Michele led to conflict between the two, as she was suddenly brought into the conflict with her and Johnny Bananas. A misunderstanding during the daily disqualified her, surprisingly putting her into elimination. And her first time in the sand ended up being her last, as Aviv's size had her coming up short against Jenny.

Who won the daily challenge on The Challenge 40 tonight?
In one of the most intense dailies in Challenge history, the players had to navigate the tight, dark Cu Chi tunnels to solve a series of puzzles. Tori and Kyland were the ultimate victors, each winning their third daily. Aviv finished in last for the women, going straight into elimination. Bananas surprisingly timed out on the puzzle and finished in last for the men, and will be given a disadvantage in the next episode.

Who are the next targets on The Challenge 40 tonight?
As the elimination winner, Jenny got to choose three men (except for the daily winner) to be targets for the next episode. She picked Cory Brooks, Derek Chavez, and Jordan Wiseley.
