CAA’s Ashley Harrison Pivots To Management At Artists First

EXCLUSIVE: Ashley Harrison has joined Artists First as a Manager, Deadline has learned.

Harrison was most recently at Motion Picture Talent Agent at CAA, working out of the agency’s Los Angeles office. During her time there, she worked on behalf of many of the world’s leading production companies, producers, and talent, including Taraji P. Henson, Andra Day, Octavia Spencer, Tiffany Boone, Tati Gabrielle, Babs Olusanmokun, Fantasia, Melina Matsoukas, Reggie Hudlin, Deniese Davis, The Obamas’ Higher Ground, State Street Productions and Jesse Collins Entertainment.

Harrison joined CAA in 2019 after being tapped to lead the Business Affairs team at FoxNext Games. She began her career as an Intellectual Property and Complex Business Litigation Consultant at StoneTurn Group in 2011. She graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Economics, Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business with an MBA, and Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law with a Juris Doctor.

Artists First, a talent management and production company focused on actors, writers, directors and producers in film, television, and digital media, has a client roster that includes Martin Lawrence, Awkwafina, Kenya Barris, Anthony Anderson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Niecy Nash, Judy Greer, Will Arnett, Ike Barinholtz, Paul Walter Hauser, Kate McKinnon, Michael Showalter, Jon M. Chu, Lior Raz, Mitch Hurwitz and Cristela Alonzo, among others.
