A bride has shocked people online after she stunned in a one-of-a-kind wedding dress that was completely crocheted.
The woman, who wanted a unique and classy dress, commissioned self-taught designer Crochet by Stacia to put together the dress that was completed with a beaded pearl detail on the neckline.
The dress consisted of a long-sleeved cardigan that could be removed to transform the gown into an elegant strapless number.
It stopped at the bride's mid-calf where a small slit was held together with a string of pearl beads. It boasted a lace-up back that was all completely crocheted and the bride even held a crochet bouquet of orange and pink flowers.
Speaking to YEN.com.gh, Stacia revealed the dress took 180 hours to complete and for five days she only slept one hour a night to complete the creation.
Despite having crocheted a number of different outfits, it was the first time Stacia had designed a wedding dress. She added she had charged the bride just N85,000 (A$276).
Posting photos of the dress online, Stacia said designing the wedding gown was a "dream come true".
Snaps of the gorgeous bride have since gone viral after the designer shared them earlier this month, with many gobsmacked by the creation dubbing it "stunning".
"I love this dress, it's oozing class and perfection," one commented on Twitter.
"Speechless," another wrote.
"You're so talented," somebody praised the designer.
Those on Instagram were just as wowed by how stunning the bride looked in the crochet dress.
"This dress is extremely beautiful," a fan commented.
"Special and unique dress on a beautiful bride," another said.
"This is creativity at its best," a third claimed.
