“Botched” Star Dr. Paul Nassif Welcomes His Fifth Baby, His Second with Wife Brittany: 'Hearts Have Never Been Fuller'

Dr. Paul Nassif's family has grown by one more!

The Botched star, 62, announced over the weekend that he welcomed his fifth baby, his second with his wife Brittany Pattakos, 34, sharing a photo of his newborn son on Instagram. In the picture, Nassif's baby slept soundly in a crib in the hospital.

"I’m so happy to announce Paul Michael Nassif Jr. was born 9 lbs. 10 oz. on January 9th, 2025 at 12:59 AM," he wrote in his caption.

"Mother and son are safe and sound; our hearts have never been fuller. Our family is complete and we’re so excited to begin this new chapter together. Thank you for all of the love, prayers and well wishes. We’ll keep you all posted!"

The couple is already parents to their daughter Paulina Anne Nassif, whom they welcomed in October 2022. Nassif also shares his three sons Gavin, 21, and twins Christian and Collin, 18, with ex-wife Adrienne Maloof, 62.

In July, Nassif and his wife revealed that they were expecting their second baby together. In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared a video of themselves with Nassif's three sons as they popped blue confetti powder in their backyard, announcing that they were expecting a boy.

"SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!! We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif! 💙," the couple excitedly announced in the caption on July 14.

Last year, Nassif and his ex-wife celebrated their twins as they became high school graduates.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum marked the milestone in an Instagram Reel filled with photos of the twin boys sitting next to each other wearing blue graduation gowns, close-ups of their diplomas and videos of the two throwing their caps in the air among their fellow graduates.

"So proud of my beautiful boys on their graduation day. Bittersweet as they move onto the next chapter of their lives. 🎓💖 #graduation #proudmom," wrote Maloof in the caption.
