Man reveals bizarre X-rated side effect of botched nose job

A man has opened up about how a botched nose job left him with a painful, three-month-long erection that required multiple surgeries to quell.

On his quest to resemble a male Bratz doll, Neven Ciganovic, a blogger and TV personality from Zagreb, Croatia, underwent rhinoplasty surgery in Iran in 2017.

The procedure was meant to correct his septum but instead, it left Neven with priapism, an unwanted, long-lasting and painful erection that is not accompanied by sexual desire.

“When I woke up from anaesthesia after my nose job with priapism, I went through a really hard time - literally hard,” he says.

“I had a full erection for almost three months. I think I even brought down the world record,” he adds.

Baffled doctors attempted to correct Nevan’s rigid condition over three operations. Hospital treatment for priapism includes injections directly into the penis and surgery to drain blood in the penis through a needle or tiny cut.

“I had three surgeries on my penis, and after the third one, my willy started to go down. It was a really painful experience, but I survived with my head up high,” he recalls.

The cause behind Nevan’s member malfunction remains a mystery, however, he suspects it might have something to do with a food supplement he was taking at the time named L-Arginine.

“I read on the box how there are possible side effects with your blood pressure... I also read that it can help boost a man’s sex drive, but at the time I didn’t know that this could happen to me, I just used it to help at the gym.”

Despite suffering depression in the months after his nose job, Nevan is happy to report that everything below the belt is back in working order.

“Thank God I don‘t have any problems with my priapism anymore. Even now after this complication, I’m happy because my erection still lasts much more longer than other guys,” he says.

Neven has ruled out going under the knife again in part because he’s now reached his goal look but also in case he emerges from the anaesthetic with more than he bargained for.

He admits he doesn’t know exactly how much he has spent on cosmetic procedures since he kicked off his transformation in 1992 with silicone fillers.

“Before all my surgeries, I used to be unhappy with my look, like I was always missing something but I had a clear picture of how I wanted to look in the end,” he says.

Since then, Nevan’s had three nose job procedures, Botox, cheekbone implants and jaw and chin fillers — and he loves that others find it difficult to guess his age.

“What I like the most about my look is that it’s really difficult to guess my age. I don’t look too young but I also don’t look too old.

“I just have a pretty friendly face that everyone can find something to love about. If not, they hate me completely.”

He’s since set up an OnlyFans account under his stage name, Rick Vendeta, which has boosted his confidence massively.

Nevan is also passionate about advising others on how to handle botched surgery and to help them research reputable surgeons.

“After the world found out what happened to me after my last nose job, people started to contact me asking for my advice, recommendations, to help them to make the right decision when it comes to surgery,”

“I started my own business giving consultations and helping people to choose the right clinics and right doctors for the procedures they are planning to do.”
