Benson Boone Apologizes for Adjusting His Crotch During Grammys Performance

If you entered the Grammys last night having pretty much no feelings whatsoever on Benson Boone, only to leave them with a love bordering on obsession due to his performance, jumpsuit, and propensity for flipping around various surfaces, gather around: this is a safe space. And we are all J.Lo.

And speaking of that jumpsuit, you may recall Benson having to adjust his crotch right after performing (on live TV) due to it being somewhat restricting.

Benson ended up hopping on Instagram Stories to apologize for the moment, saying "Sorry for adjusting my jumpsuit so aggressively on stage tonight that thing was extremely restricting in certain areas."

Benson spoke to Access Hollywood at the Grammys, saying his nomination feels like "a fever dream."

"It is so psycho," he said. "I went to do rehearsals and just looking at the little name cards of who's gonna be watching. No. This suit is gonna have piss all over it dude, I am literally just...it's crazy. It's crazy."

He added, "man it's the ultimate honor to be here tonight," noting that the last year has taught him "it's so easy to get caught up in what everyone else things about you, because I'm being vulnerable and putting myself out into the world for other people to judge, but really as long as I love the music I'm making I think that's where I'm going to find the most success and I'm going to try to carry that on into 2025."
