Ayo Edebiri’s Loewe Suit Is the Coolest 2025 Golden Globes Homage to Julia Roberts

Please take a break from arguing with your loved ones about whether or not The Bear is a comedy or a drama, and turn your attention to Ayo Edebiri’s 2025 Golden Globes suit. Because it is possibly her best red carpet look yet, and that is a high bar to clear!!

Ayo showed up and showed out in a chic Loewe suit, styled by Danielle Goldberg.

The entire look is a beautiful nod to Julia Roberts’ 1990 Golden Globes suit, which we have not stopped thinking about at Cosmopolitan:

As you probably guessed, Ayo is nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series, Comedy, for her role in The Bear. The other nominees? That’d be Kristen Bell for Nobody Wants This, Quinta Brunson for Abbott Elementary, Selena Gomez for Only Murders in the Building, Kathryn Hahn for Agatha All Along, and, of course, Jean Smart for Hacks.

Ayo won the award last year, saying in her speech, “There’s so many people who I probably forgot to thank—oh my god! Oh my god! All of my agent and managers’ assistants! The people who answer my emails! Y’all are real ones! Thank you for answering my crazy, crazy emails.”

That part, a million times.
