Angelina Jolie Attends Tony Awards With Daughter Vivienne

Angelina Jolie dazzled as she and her daughter Vivienne arrived at the 2024 Tony Awards at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City.

The Outsiders producer is not nominated, but she has been announced as a presenter at the Sunday, June 16 event, alongside many notable names in Hollywood such as Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Josh Gad, Taraji P. Henson, Julianne Hough, Jennifer Hudson and Cynthia Erivo.

Jolie wore her caramel blonde locks styled down and kept her accessories simple with small gold hoop earrings and a couple of large green and chrome-colored bracelets on her right wrist.

For their night on the town, the 49-year-old actress dressed to impress, rocking a gorgeous green strapless dress and matching wrap. Vivienne, 15, wore a white button-down shirt with teal pants and a matching vest and bowtie. The mother-daughter duo showed off their color-coordinated look while posing for photographers before the ceremony began.

Jolie has been spotted spending a lot of time lately with Vivienne, who served as her assistant on the aforementioned Broadway show.

“My daughter Viv loves theater. She appreciates all theater but she certainly knows what she feels close to and what she responds to,” Jolie explained to People earlier this month.

“She went to see The Outsiders at La Jolla about five times and was telling me about it, and I had read the book, and I’d seen the film years ago,” the actress continued of what initially sparked their interest in the production.

The duo have taken their love for the arts to new heights, previously attending the opening night performance of Reefer Madness: The Musical at The Whitley on May 30 alongside Kristen Bell.

Vivienne recently dropped her father Brad Pitt’s last name, a change reflected in recent Broadway playbills, joining siblings Shiloh and Zahara in distancing themselves from the actor amid his and Jolie's ongoing divorce proceedings.

The 77th Annual Tony Awards will air on CBS and stream on Paramount+ in the U.S.
