Late 'American Pickers' Star Frank Fritz Involved in Legal Battle Months After His Death
American Pickers star Frank Fritz died on Sept. 30 at age 60 after suffering a stroke. Now, months after his death, the late reality star is involved in a legal battle over his will.
On Feb. 7, The U.S. Sun reported that Fritz's lawyer filed a "will prior to death" in October 2023 to "safe keep" it. A certificate was then issued for approval of the will on Oct. 18, 2024, after his death.
On Dec. 30, 2024, an attorney representing Fritz's unnamed friend "entered his appearance in the case on her behalf." A different attorney filed a Petition in Probate to "set aside will and jury demand" on Feb. 3, 2025.
According to the outlet, this means they requested the will to be "canceled or invalidated legally."
Fritz's net worth at the time of his death was estimated at $6 million.
