If you have pets, you’ll know how difficult it can be to really remove pet hair from lounges, carpets and even car mats.
But a new $7 lint-removing gadget is being praised as the best way to quickly and effectively remove hard-to-clean pet hair, leaving carpets looking like new.
Sharing the gadget on Facebook, one woman posted the incredible results after using it to clean her car mats.
“Giving the car a bit of a detail today. Gotta say I'm impressed with this little gizmo lifting the dog hair away,” she said alongside a very impressive before and after picture.
Within hours her post was flooded with comments from fellow fans of the cult buy saying it was “the best” they’d ever used.
One woman even said it leaves her carpet looking brand new every time she uses it.
“I vacuumed, had my carpet professionally cleaned & then went over it with the scraper. I couldn’t believe how much dog hair I still got off the carpet,” one woman said.
“It's great! Couldn't believe how much fur it picked up after vacuuming too!” another agreed.
“I’ve been using the same one for over 10 years. Great gadget!” added another, while a third agreed it was “the best thingy ever.”
But while it’s known as a brilliant solution for pet hair and lint on carpets, others warned it’s not so great to use on clothes or long carpets.
“I found this tool can only be used carpet. It ruined a few items of different fabrics for me,” one woman warned.
Where to get one
When it comes to cleaning carpets, this gadget is definitely the goods. So how do you get your hands on one?
The easiest way is to grab one off eBay where you can pick one up for $7 for one and at a reduced price if you order two or three at a time.
Other shoppers said they’ve snapped them up from Amazon too, although they are a bit pricier for $11.89.
Run, don't walk if you want to get your hands on one though, as this portable lint removal gadget is quickly growing in popularity!
