Amanda Seyfried Goes Sheer With Romantic Details in Little Black Lace Giambattista Valli Dress at David Yurman Party

Amanda Seyfried got in on the ongoing sheer trend for the David Yurman’s launch of its men’s Chevron campaign on Wednesday. The event was hosted by Michael B. Jordan and Evan Yurman and boasted the likes of Colman Domingo, Lea Michele and Taraji P. Henson as attendees, among others.

Seyfried donned a little black Giambattista Valli dress. The minidress featured spaghetti straps and a V-neck silhouette. The bodice was completely sheer and covered in lace, including its trim. Sleeveless, the piece, which resembles lingerie, included a sweet bow detail on the chest. In addition, there was a pleated, skirt that hits above the knee.

“She knows what I don’t do,” Seyfried told WWD in 2024 on the Golden Globes red carpet while wearing another bow-embellished look. “She knows me really well. It’s been a long relationship. And she does so well. She knows me. She knows my body. She knows what looks good on me.” At that event, Seyfried admitted that she was “actually getting a little bit more comfortable with cleavage.”
