Amanda Keller reveals her true relationship with radio 'rivals'
Amanda revealed she is actually very close to the women she is up against on air.
WSFM 101.7 host Amanda Keller has revealed that despite being 'rivals' on the air, she is very close with the women she goes up against daily.
Amanda, who hosts Jonesy & Amanda, has revealed some of her closest friends are women she is up against in the same time slot or on competing networks.
Former 2GB star Deb Knight, Nova FM's Kate Ritchie and Hit's Erin Molan were revealed as some of Amanda's closest gal pals.
"We all share stories of coping in an industry that for so long was male-dominated and surviving having young children in the midst of it," Amanda told the Daily Telegraph. "We share so much lived experience. And I'll never forget the kindness of Wendy Harmer when I first started on breakfast radio.

"Even though we were in competing shifts, she went out of her way to welcome me to the club," she said, adding that when she gets together with this group of women, "it's very hard to shut them up".
Erin similarly, shared her love of the same women, adding Jackie 'O' Henderson into the mix, saying, "I had lunch with Jackie O last week and she’s absolutely divine. It’s actually sickening how much love I have for the women I’m meant to compete with every day."
