Amanda Holden, 49, shows off gym body in skin-tight active fit
Let’s face it, we all want to be Amanda Holden when we grow up.
She’s a national treasure for the Brits, a talented actress, a sparkling personality and she looks about half her age all the time – what a star.
Well, we may not be able to adopt the stage chops or the winning charm, but in good news, she is giving us a peek into the secret behind her age-defying face and body and upbeat outlook.
In bad news, it’s all hard, gruelling work.

Yep, the mum of two proved that she works for what she’s got today, uploading a snap to her Instagram story showing off the process behind her glamorous appearance and positive mind frame, in a stunning activewear set as she heads off on a run.
“Running for my mind and my body,” she captioned the snap.
In the photo, she sports a stunning blue crop top and leggings from luxury brand Reiss.
Her Alpha High Stretch Sports Leggings retail for a cool $210, while her Lana High Stretch Sports Bralette goes for a further $135, bringing the very fashionable fit up to a quite dear $345.
It seems it was money well spent, however, as the Britain’s Got Talent judge looked phenomenal in the two-piece set.
It’s not the first time Amanda has wowed us with her endlessly chic style choices and jaw-dropping looks.
Last week, the 49-year-old impressed her 1.6 million followers with a throwback photo of her walking on a beach in an emerald green bikini, showing off her amazing six-pack.
She also caused a stir on New Year’s Eve when she posted a topless photo from a hot tub wearing nothing but a pair of bottoms with the words “Bye Bye 2020” on the back of them.
“Well that’s a great way to welcome 2021,” one fan commented.
Piers Morgan commented with three laughing emojis while others called the snap “cheeky”.
Amanda also caused a stir at the beginning of January when she shared a photo of herself coming out of the sea wearing a string red bikini.
