Amanda Holden, 49, shows off six-pack in stunning bikini snap
She’s known to post a bikini snap or a few to her Instagram page but this time, Amanda Holden has a strong message to go alongside it.
The 49-year-old Britain’s Got Talent judge took to her social media account to upload a throwback photo of her walking on a beach in an emerald green bikini, showing off her amazing six-pack.
However, she used the caption to blast people in the UK for still holidaying during the pandemic, after she decided to cancel her own plans at the last minute.
“I cancelled my holiday on Boxing Day .. it was hard. But I was flying with a negative test and everything was in place for a safe holiday with my family . WHY THEN , ARE THE UK ONLY JUST making the decision to test for covid for people coming into our country??” Amanda started her post.

“We’ve all sacrificed so much in different ways .. most of us have been responsible . Had so much good will and respect for each other . Joined together and marched on through this .. it’s made me seeth this morning hearing it on the news -the senseless year of neglect of Government rules at our borders. .. other countries have done it before us.
“Why has it taken us so long? No one seems to have an answer... or be questioning it?!! Surely this could have prevented the increase of the spread?!!! #Staysafe and try and keep patient and calm despite the lack of common sense being afforded to us.”
Amanda caused a stir on New Year’s Eve when she posted a topless photo from a hot tub wearing nothing but a pair of bottoms with the words “Bye Bye 2020” on the back of them.
“Well that’s a great way to welcome 2021,” one fan commented.
Piers Morgan commented with three laughing emojis while others called the snap “cheeky”.
Amanda also caused a stir at the beginning of January when she shared a photo of herself coming out of the sea wearing a string red bikini.
