Aldi's Choceur chocolate range wins top Canstar award

Hot on the heels of its big coffee win at Canstar Blue's 'Most Satisfied Customer Awards', Aldi has scooped another award — this time for its popular Choceur chocolate range.

The range of sweet treats, which retail for a cheap and cheerful $2.99 a block, beat out pricier brands such as Lindt and Cadbury to land Canstar's gong for Best Chocolate.

Over 1,000 Aussie customers were quizzed about their choccie choices, with Choceur earning five-star reviews in four out of five research categories including taste, value for money and packaging design.

It was the only brand to score five points for overall satisfaction, which is a ringing endorsement.

Made from the finest European ingredients, Choceur blocks come in over half a dozen flavours including Dark, Milk and Salted Caramel to name a few. It's also both Fairtrade and UTZ Certified.

Aldi used their win to unveil three new additions to the Choceur range: Cookies and Cream, Dark Peppermint Filled and Choceur Peanut and Crunch Flakes Chocolate Block.
