Adam Sandler’s Teen Daughter and His Wife Jackie Make Fun Cameos in Amy Schumer's “Kinda Pregnant” Trailer
The new comedy, which Sandler produced, arrives on Netflix Feb. 5
Adam Sandler is bringing his family along for the ride in Kinda Pregnant!
The Happy Gilmore 2 actor, 58, who is a producer for the upcoming Netflix comedy starring Amy Schumer, made sure to include his wife Jackie Sandler and daughter Sunny Sandler, 16.
The couple, who have been married since 2003, are also parents to daughter Sadie Sandler, 18.
PEOPLE exclusively shared the film’s trailer on Tuesday, Jan. 7, which teases Jackie, 50, and Sandy making hilarious cameos in the comedy. In it, Schumer plays Lainy, an English teacher in Brooklyn who begins wearing a fake baby bump after becoming jealous of her best friend Kate’s (Jillian Bell) pregnancy.
In the trailer, Schumer, 43, is seen going about her day when suddenly, she’s gifted a free apple by a store merchant and then given a seat on a crowded subway train for being pregnant.
“You look so beautiful,” Sunny tells Schumer’s Lainy while sitting across from her on the subway train.
“Yeah, it’s probably because I’m pregnant,” she responds with a smile.
Next up is Jackie’s cameo. The mother of two appears as a yoga instructor for a class the not-so-expectant parent is taking.
The scene sees Schumer’s character fall face forward to the ground, landing on her stomach as she’s doing the King Dancer Pose, or Natarajasana.
“Oh my God,” Jackie says as she runs over to check on her yoga student.
Eventually, things get complicated when Lainy falls for her dream man Josh (Will Forte) and gets caught up in her growing lie.
"Our society loves to make women feel like they are failing. This story shows women as human beings who are trying to make choices that are right for them and having fun together along the way," Schumer tells PEOPLE exclusively of the film.
