One flower girl wowed wedding guests with her impressive choreography!
In an Aug. 16 TikTok, which has since gone viral, 9-year-old competitive dancer Scarlett Rae backflipped down the aisle when exiting the ceremony of a California-based celebration.
In the clip, which has over 1.4 million views, Scarlett preps and executes four flips, sticking the landing at the opposite end of the aisle. The wedding guests could be heard cheering her on in the background.
Scarlett's mom, Raina Elegado uploaded the video, captioning it: "POV: This was your daughter’s exit as the flower girl."

People online were impressed with her skills, calling her "iconic." "And that ladies and gentleman is how you end a ceremony. MVF- most valuable flowergirl," one user wrote.
"In sandals and didn’t even slide! I’m impressed!!" another commented, noting Scarlett's footwear.
Elegado tells PEOPLE that when Scarlett was asked to be the flower girl for her husband's cousin Ariana Elegado and Kenny Moffet's wedding, which took place in Aug. 10, the request included some flips.

"Scarlett came up with her routine on her own and chose the song 'Love on Top" by Beyoncé,' " she says, adding that the wedding had some fun, "non-traditional" touches. "The groom even danced down the aisle to 'Suit and Tie' and two cousins walked down with champagne bottles to 'Crazy in Love.' "
The most surprising thing for Raina was finding out the video got picked up on Inside Edition, among other news outlets. "Thankfully someone who was at the wedding was watching Inside Edition and randomly saw my daughter," she explains. "She recorded it and then sent it to my uncle (father of the bride) who shared it on our family group chat."

The mother-daughter duo have dance backgrounds in dance, with Scarlett taking lessons since she was 3, and starting competitive dance and acrobat lessons at the same dance studio at 5.
This isn't the first time Scarlett showed off her backflip skills. She wowed her family last Christmas season in another video that went viral. "When she's not at the dance studio, she's still dancing at home or wherever we are," Elegado adds.
