Ahead of the Season 15 premiere of 7 Little Johnstons, TLC shared an exclusive super tease trailer with Parade—and it looks like Trent Johnston recently faced "unbelievably scary" health concerns.
The new season will kick off on Jan. 7, and the Johnston family seems busier than ever amid several major milestones.
Liz and Brice welcomed their baby girl, Leighton, and moved in with Liz's parents to begin this new phase of their lives. As they navigated new parenthood, Amber and Trent embraced becoming first-time grandparents, Alex and Emma finished up their senior year of high school, and Anna and Amber prepared to graduate from college.

However, the changes weren't all positive, as Trent experienced worrying health symptoms.
"Geez, I spun around too fast," he told his son, Jonah, while steadying himself on a weight bench in their home gym.
Trent then revealed in a confessional, "Several months back, I started having vertigo symptoms and other types of dizzy spells."
The scene cut to Trent speaking to his whole family in their living room as he shared major health news.
"I went to a doctor the other day," the Johnston patriarch began. "And they told me that my brain at 47 is reduced drastically and it's about the size for an 80-, 81-year-old."
In a confessional, Jonah admitted to producers, "Yeah, that's unbelievably scary."
It's unclear at this point what, exactly, Trent's diagnosis is, but viewers can tune into Season 15 to find out more about his health concerns.
Catch the Season 15 premiere of 7 Little Johnstons on Sunday, Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
