Yahoo Lifestyle Zendaya Channels Old Hollywood Glam in Bright Orange on the 2025 Golden Globes Red Carpet
Red carpets are so back. And by that I mean Zendaya just arrived at the 2025 Golden Globes wearing an incredible burnt orange gown with emerald jewelry, styled by Law Roach, and it was a MOMENT.
Zendaya is nominated this evening for Challengers, and released a sweet statement after the noms, saying "My heart is so full, I'm so deeply grateful to be nominated among such incredible talent, I admire each one of them and their absolutely brilliant work."
As a reminder, Z is specifically in the "Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy" category, and the competition is pretty fierce. Other nominees? Ahem, Amy Adams forNightbitch, Cynthia Erivo for Wicked, Karla Sofía Gascón for Emilia Pérez, Mikey Madison for Anora, and Demi Moore for The Substance.
Though, this is hardly Zendaya's first rodeo. She was nominated AND won a Golden Globe in 2023 for her work on Euphoria. And while she wasn't at the awards ceremony due to being busy with work, she released a statement saying in part "To my fellow nominees, it is a privilege to be named beside you, I admire you all deeply. Thank you to my Euphoria family, without you, none of this is possible. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has allowed Rue into theirs. I think everyone knows how much she means to me, but the fact that she can mean something to someone else is a gift. I’m honestly at a loss for words as I type this, all I can say is thank you thank you thank you. Goodnight."
