‘Yellowjackets’ Season 3 Trailer: The Fight for Survival Continues
Paramount+ has released the trailer for “Yellowjackets” Season 3 on Showtime. The bloody, survival horror series returns with a two-episode premiere on Valentine’s Day.
The official logline for “Yellowjackets” Season 3 reads, “As summer arrives, the Yellowjackets face a fragile victory—the brutal winter that nearly claimed them is finally behind them, but distrust in leadership and tension within the team jeopardize their chances of being rescued. In the present, long-buried secrets from their pasts begin to surface. As the women fight to keep their lives from unraveling, they must confront a chilling question: who are they really, and what dark truths are they hiding from each other and themselves?”

The cast includes Melanie Lynskey, who won a Critics Choice Award for her performance in the show in 2022, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Lauren Ambrose, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Nélisse, Samantha Hanratty, Sophie Thatcher, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson, Steven Krueger, Sarah Desjardins, Simone Kessell, Elijah Wood, Warren Kole and Kelvin Alves.
“Million Dollar Baby” star Hilary Swank and “Community” actor Joel McHale are new additions to the cast this season.
“Yellowjackets” executive producers include the creators and showrunners Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson, Jonathan Lisco, Drew Comins, Jeff W. Byrd, Ameni Rozsa, Sarah L. Thompson and Brad Van Arragon. The show is produced by Lionsgate Television for Showtime.
Paramount+ subscribers who have the Showtime plan will be able to watch the premiere via streaming and on demand. The on-air premiere is Feb. 16.
