Wendy's New Frosty Flavor Is the Unexpected Collab We Didn't Know We Needed
A new Wendy's Frosty flavor is always good news, and this next one is no exception. In celebration of SpongeBob SquarePants' 25th anniversary, Wendy’s is launching the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, and it sounds like a absolute dream.
According to @mnmtwinz, an Instagram account that shares food news, the SpongeBob-themed Frosty will reportedly be available starting October 8 for a limited time. The frozen treat combines Wendy’s classic Vanilla Frosty with a sweet Pineapple Mango puree, giving the dessert a tropical twist.
While this announcement means the Vanilla Frosty will be taking a backseat during this time, fans are clearly excited for the upcoming collab.
One person commented, "The way I just sat up in my bed in excitement 😆"
"I'm not a SpongeBob fan (we're not discussing this) but this sounds delicious," another added.
This isn't the only swimsuit Bottom-themed surprise from Wendy's on the horizon. The chain is releasing an entire “Krabby Patty Kollab” meal consisting of three menu items: a Krabby Patty burger, Hot & Crispy Medium Fries, and, of course, the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty. Additionally, each order containing a Krabby Patty will receive a limited-edition SpongeBob sticker sheet, while supplies last.
