Watch Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga Sing “California Dreamin’” at the Grammys

Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga joined forces at the 2025 Grammys on Sunday night to pay tribute to Los Angeles following the devastating wildfires, performing a cover of “California Dreamin’” by The Mamas & The Papas, and it was honestly stunning. Watch a snippet below:

Bruno and Gaga are up for Song of the Year as well as Best Pop Duo/Group Performance thanks to their chart-topping collab “Die With a Smile.”

Gaga spoke about how much fans embracing the song meant to her back in August, writing on Instagram, “Watching fans from all over the world celebrate this music has meant so much to me, to see the words of the song touch your heart and the video provoke this huge wave of dancing and fun is beautiful to watch and I’m so grateful.”

She added, “Thank you thank you thank you for loving our song i love you for real and i hope the message of love we shared will continue to create special moments for you all in your lives—I know it does in mine every day. The power of music is big and your love of this song reminded me of that.”

Oh, also Bruno said in a statement that working with Gaga was “an honor,” called her an “icon,” and said “she makes this song magical.”
