Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga will be paying tribute to Los Angeles at the 2025 Grammy Awards.

Ahead of the Grammys, on Sunday, Feb. 2, the Recording Academy announced that the singers are set to perform "a special tribute" in honor of L.A. following the devastating wildfires in the city.

Gaga, 38, and Mars, 39, who collaborated on the hit 2024 song "Die With a Smile,” were first confirmed as performers on the Recording Academy’s official Instagram on Friday, Jan. 31. However, it's unclear whether the artists will perform their chart-topping duet at the awards ceremony, or a different song.

The announcement comes after Gaga performed in tribute to L.A. at the FireAid benefit concert at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, on Thursday, Jan. 30.

The “Disease” singer closed out the concert with a touching three-song set which included a solo version of "Shallow" from A Star Is Born and a new song she wrote with her fiancé Michael Polansky in response to the wildfires.

“This has been a horrible, scary time," Gaga said onstage, referring to the fires, which have killed 29 people since they began on Jan. 7. "But during these times I feel like people come together and we see how much we need each other. And I want to always remember us just like this.”

Gaga wrote on Instagram after the concert on Friday, Jan. 31, “It was such an honor to sing @FireAidLA for you during this incredibly challenging time. Thank you for having me, and thank you to everyone who donated. I love you CALIFORNIA, we’ll keep moving forward 🙏🖤."

The singer was joined by several artists at the benefit concert including Billie Eilish, her brother Finneas, Olivia Rodrigo, Gracie Abrams and Tate McRae, Stevie Nicks and Sting.
