TVLine Items: Chloe Bennet Joins Jonas Brothers Xmas Movie, Temptation Island on Netflix Debut and More
Chloe Bennet will find romance in the Disney+ holiday comedy Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie (working title), our sister site Variety reports.
In the film, Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas “face a series of escalating obstacles as they struggle to make it from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with their families,” according to the official logline.

The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. vet is set to play Lucy, a cardiothoracic surgeon who bumps into her childhood friend Joe at the airport. Sparks fly between the two during the encounter.
Premiering later this year, Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie hails from Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger (This Is Us, How I Met Your Father), and will feature original music by Grammy nominee Justin Tranter. Emmy winner Jessica Yu (Quiz Lady, This Is Us) is on board to direct.

The show is created by Alice Ju (Poker Face, Beef), and counts Josh Safdie and Benny Safdie (The Curse, Uncut Gems) among its executive producers.
* Fawesome has greenlit its first-ever original competition series: Southern Food Truck Wars (hosted by celebrity chef Jay Ducote and featuring judges Joshua K. Carpenter, Tameeka Stewart and Darrell Freeman), and Fawesome Family Game Show (hosted by LaTangela Fay, and in which two teams compete in fast-paced, reimagined classic games).
