TV host, 61, shocks with incredible bikini selfie: 'Inspiration'
TV host Carol Volderman has stunned her followers with a selfie flaunting her "fantastic" bikini body.
The 61-year-old, who has just finished a stint at a juice, yoga and fitness retreat, posted a photo on Instagram of herself wearing short denim shorts and a triangle leopard bikini top.
She revealed she had dropped more than a dress size during her stay at the retreat and was "bursting with energy".
"I haven't been into these shorts for a few years and now they're loose. Boommmm," the British host wrote.
Carol, who previously hosted Countdown for 26 years, looked a picture of health as she beamed in the photo.
Her followers praised the TV host for her incredible figure at the age of 61, with many saying she looked "amazing".
"You look INCRED!" one said.
"You look absolutely amazing !! You're an inspiration to us all," another commented.
"What an incredible body ... absolute perfection," a third added.
"Ageing like a fine wine," a follower said.

Carol's amazing bikini selfie comes after 75-year-old fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg stunned fans with a selfie she took while wearing a red swimsuit.
"Selfie at 75? Trying to own it and two hours of daily swimming helps!" she wrote.
"I know I should smile but I feel stupid smiling at myself! Gratitude."
Fans were shocked at how good the designer looked at 75, with many calling her "perfect".
"75, DAMN! You look FANTASTIC," one commented.
"Inspiration," another said.
"Stunning and sensational," a third added.
"Beautiful and healthy," another fan wrote while somebody else commented, "fearless queen".
